"Nikkami Aulaad", "we", "us", "our" refers to Nikkami Aulaad, a streetwear brand operating from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
"You", "customer", "user" refers to anyone accessing or using our website or services.
2. USING OUR SITE
You agree NOT to:
- Use the site for any illegal purpose
- Try to break into, scrape, or attack the site
- Impersonate someone else
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Resell items in bulk for commercial purposes without permission
3. PRODUCTS & PRICING
- We try our best to show accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variation in color (due to monitors), fit, and prints is possible
- Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST where applicable
- Prices and availability can change without notice
- If we accidentally list a wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full
4. ORDERS
- Placing an order is an offer to buy — we reserve the right to accept or decline
- We may cancel orders for: out of stock items, suspected fraud, wrong pricing, or non-deliverable addresses
- For COD orders, we may confirm via WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch — unresponsive customers' orders may be cancelled
5. PAYMENT
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay — they handle and secure all card/UPI/wallet info. We never see your card details.
- Cash on delivery available for orders under ₹5,000 across India
- All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR)
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
See our Returns & Refunds page. By placing an order, you agree to the return policy stated there.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All site content (logos, designs, graphics, text, photos) is owned by Nikkami Aulaad or licensed from our artist collaborators
- You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission
- Each artist retains rights to their original artwork; we license it for product sales only
9. USER ACCOUNTS
- You're responsible for keeping your account password secure
- You're liable for any orders placed from your account
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms
10. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT
When you post a review or photo:
- You confirm the content is your own and accurate
- You give us permission to display and share it (with credit to your name)
- We may moderate or remove content that's spam, abusive, or off-topic
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, emotional distress, etc.).
12. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify us against any claims or losses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
