Not happy with your order? You can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
- Items in unworn, unwashed condition
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging (if possible)
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Innerwear, socks, masks (hygiene reasons)
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse, washing incorrectly, or after the 7-day window
HOW TO RETURN
Step 1: Request the return
Email support@nikkamiaulaad.in within 7 days of delivery, with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason (helps us improve)
- Photos if there's damage or a quality issue
Step 2: We schedule a pickup
For most pin codes, we arrange a FREE reverse pickup. We'll confirm pickup date and time over WhatsApp/email.
For non-pickup areas: ship it back via India Post or Delhivery, we'll reimburse up to ₹120 toward shipping (provide the receipt).
Step 3: We inspect & refund
Once we receive and inspect the return (1-2 business days), we'll initiate the refund.
REFUND TIMELINES
- Online payments (Razorpay/UPI/Card): 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, after we approve the return
- Cash on delivery: We'll contact you to arrange a bank transfer or store credit
- Store credit option: Get an extra 10% bonus if you take store credit instead of cash refund
EXCHANGES
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Easiest way: return the item for a refund, then place a new order. This way you're not waiting on stock availability.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
- Email us within 48 hours with order number + photos
- We'll arrange a free pickup AND replacement at no extra cost
- If the correct item is out of stock, full refund + a ₹100 voucher for the trouble
