DELIVERY TIMES
We ship across India via trusted partners like Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart.
- Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
- Tier-2 cities (Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, etc.): 4-6 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas (North-East, J&K, Andaman): 7-10 business days
Order processing takes 1-2 business days from the time you place it. So total time = processing + shipping.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- FREE shipping on orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999: flat ₹79 shipping
- Cash on delivery: ₹40 COD handling fee on top of shipping (waived above ₹1499)
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available across India for orders under ₹5,000. Pay in cash when your order arrives. We'll confirm your order via WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay — if delivery fails twice, the order is returned to us and cancelled.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, we'll email and SMS you the tracking number and courier link. You can also track from your account page under Orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
DELAYS & ISSUES
Sometimes things go wrong — weather, courier delays, address issues. If your order is more than 3 business days late from the estimated delivery date, email support@nikkamiaulaad.in with your order number and we'll track it down.
PACKAGING
We use:
- Recyclable kraft paper mailers (no plastic where avoidable)
- Recycled tissue paper inside
- No unnecessary plastic wrap, plastic clips, or single-use packaging
Reuse the mailer if you can. The planet will thank you.
